My very favorite blog is http://www.scrapyland.blogspot.com/.  Susan does such a super fantastic job of getting us all motivated by doing her Starting Blox challenges. She gives us all the same layout and we put our own twist on it. It is so much fun seeing how different all of our pages look! We then get the extra inspiration of seeing each others ideas!
